As Operations Manager, I wear many hats to make our information system as efficient and productive as possible. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job, be it maintaining our network infrastructure, increasing the reach of our database or tackling a spur-of-the-moment pc configuration project. Keeping our technology up to speed and training all of our employees to comfortably use our system enables ETS to provide the best service possible to our client practices and candidates.
I came to ETS in 2007 with 8 years of experience in IT support and numerous years of management experience in various fields. I attended the University of Chicago, Hollins University and earned a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Mary Baldwin College of Staunton, VA. Personally, I am a very happy, active parent who enjoys the arts and holistic living.
