As Vice President – Information Technology at ETS, I have the privilege of working with each AE to assist in the candidate and client acquisition process, monitor our database integrity, maintain data security and confidentiality, and provide technical support and innovation as necessary.

With that being said, I love my job! I graduated from Virginia Western Community College with an Associate’s in General Studies before transferring to Roanoke College, where I earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2012. Shortly after graduation, I joined the ETS team as a Recruiter Support Associate and was promoted to the Database Marketing Coordinator role in May of 2013. In June of 2014, I was promoted to the role of Marketing Operations Manager, and from there transitioned to Director of Marketing Operations for all of ETS Recruit in December of 2020. In September of 2022, my title was updated to Director of Marketing and Technology to better reflect the multiple aspects of my role here at ETS and my growing involvement in managing the IT strategy and daily IT operations of the business. In January of 2023 I was promoted to Vice President – Marketing and Technology, where I oversaw all marketing and IT-related initiatives company-wide. In September of 2026, my title was updated to Vice President – Information Technology to more accurately reflect my primary role at ETS, including the full stack development of in-house applications and automations to streamline our internal processes through perpetual innovation and optimization.

As a technology and video game enthusiast, I enjoy being active in my local church and spending time with family and friends when not working alongside the great people here at ETS.
